HistaGest-DAO provides supplemental diamine oxidase (DAO), the enzyme that breaks down food-derived histamine. It supports healthy, regular histamine metabolism. Histamine is a bioactive compound that the body produces in response to injury or foreign substances, and it is present in all foods to varying degrees.
